Girjesh Gaud known as Golden Unique Boy, was born on 04 June 1993 in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh but his childhood remained in Karnataka. His family belongs to an agricultural background. His father was a farmer and he passed away in 2011.
His elder brother Durgesh Gaud took care of his whole family, in his family he had 4 members including him and his mother, elder sister, and elder brother.
Grijesh Gaud want be an actor from his childhood, in his childhood, he used to copy and act as various actors.
He wants to go to Mumbai and fulfill his dream to be an actor, but his family refused for that because there is no one known in Mumbai.
Girjesh Gaud said in his interview that his elder brother is like a father to him and never lets him feel the lack of a father.
After some time he convinces his family, and he told them that he got a security job over there in 2017. For tickets, he goto the market and sells a stack of wheat, collects money, and buys Mumbai Train Ticket.
He reached Mumbai and now start his struggle for stay, food, for money too. The next 2 nights he spent at the railway station and start his job search. He got his 1st job in a PVR cinema, and he did, but he left that in a few days and did not take his salary.
Grijesh Gaud starts giving auditions in several production houses in Mumbai’s Bandra, Andheri and faces rejection over. One day he saw a living statue and he got the idea that he will also become a statue and start earning a little money.
On 8 October 2018, he paints his painted his shirt golden and stood as a statue at the Gateway of India, and a large number of people started gathering near him. This attention boost his confidence, but the police came there and took him away.
